Malta’s Skill Enhancement Initiative: The Get Qualified Program

The Maltese government has introduced the Get Qualified Program, a strategic initiative aimed at helping individuals develop essential skills and obtain the qualifications needed to thrive in various sectors.

This program provides financial support for those pursuing certifications, diplomas, and degrees—both undergraduate and postgraduate—recognized by the Maltese Ministry for Education and Employment. Upon completing their education, participants may be eligible for a tax rebate covering up to 70% of their tuition costs.

To qualify for this benefit, students are required to live and work in Malta for at least two years after completing their studies, ensuring that the investment made by the Maltese government contributes to the country’s workforce.

The Get Qualified Program fosters continuous education and specialization in key industries within Malta, ensuring equitable access to educational opportunities. For anyone looking to secure a strong professional future, participating in Malta’s Get Qualified Program is a wise investment.
